I joined the company in 2017 and it was my first job after graduation. I found myself in the debt collection department, where I deal with the development and maintenance of .NET applications. I was able to create applications for different clients in different technologies, which was a perfect fit for my development path. At VSoft, I value the working atmosphere the most. I have been working with VSoft for 10 years, and for 5 years in the area of debt collection. I started my adventure with debt collection as a tester. Until this day, I value the baggage of testing experience that allowed me to thoroughly understand the system from the user's point of view. Now, as a Business Solutions Architect, I make sure that the target solution meets the customer's business need. I’m developing my knowledge mainly in the field of monitoring and debt collection, cooperating with clients of large banks in the field of functional and business concept of system development and building new tools.

I first joined VSoftTeam as a programmer with little experience. Over 10 years have passed since then, during which I took part in various projects and worked with many teams, creating tools and systems. Thanks to the knowledge and experience gained during this period, currently as an architect, I still participate in designing and building solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. In addition, the constant opportunity of development, teaching-learning experience and active participation in the recruitment of new employees allow you to feel the impact on the shape and organization of our daily work.

I started my adventure with VSoft at the beginning of 2019 as a junior programmer. I joined a close-knit, experienced team that supported me and motivated me to learn and develop right from the start. This enabled me not only to expand my technical skills, but also to learn the practical aspects of working with the Scrum methodology. In my daily work, I have a sense of belonging to the team and I feel supported and appreciated by them — which boosts my motivation to continue. Although I am involved in programming, you can also find me in other roles: as a mentor in an internship programme, as a company representative at job fairs or as a face in the promotional material where I talk about our products and our work culture.

Apprentice. That's how I started. I came to VSoft by accident, looking for an internship for my girlfriend. I stayed for 20 years. During this time, the company was constantly changing and developing, and with it - the scope of my duties and positions. Computer Science at AGH was the base of my knowledge, but it was the implementation of projects under the supervision of experienced colleagues that made me learn to program and design IT solutions. Later, as the Leader of a group of programmers, I noticed that I can manage people and I like it. The effect of the teamwork, team by itself, department, and division was and still is important to me, therefore, as a team leader, department manager and director of the banking department, I carried out new and larger projects. How to develop further? Nothing simpler, you have to manage people who manage other people. This is how I became the director of PMO and later took on the role of Vice President of the Board . However, I was still tempted by new technologies, ideas and solutions, which is why I am now working as the banking development director. All this time, despite working in one company, I am constantly developing, taking on new challenges and achieving new successes. This is how you work at VSoft. There is no time to be bored.

Futbol Plus & Velo Live

At VSoft, we don’t just cheer from the stands — above all, we support initiatives that bring together sport, inclusion, and community spirit. As one of the sponsors of the Futbol Plus tournament, organized in cooperation with Velo Life, we proudly took part in a sports tournament for people with disabilities. The tournament gave participants the opportunity to combine movement and friendly competition with great energy, build relationships, overcome personal barriers, work together, and simply have fun. Children’s University Foundation

We have become involved as friends of the Children’s University Foundation, which, by means of innovative educational programmes, turns the curiosity of youngsters into superpower and focuses on teaching through doing. We make this donation because we are convinced that wisely designed education equips individuals with future-oriented skills – critical thinking, teamworking skills and creativity. We are confident that together we can build a generation that thinks and acts boldly, because the more “why?” questions that are asked, the brighter the future! And learning can be a really great adventure!

Heart for the Małopolskie Hospice

We were delighted to support the work of the Małopolskie hospice for children by making a donation to the bank account of their organisation. The hospice provides assistance for terminally ill children and their families, offering things like home hospice care, perinatal hospice care, Respite Care Centre and psychological support. At VSoft, we sincerely believe that helping others is a privilege, and we are certain that many more opportunities lie ahead.

Together against the consequences of flooding

VSoft has decided to join the nationwide fundraising initiative for flood victims by setting up its own piggy bank on the Siepomaga platform. We donated the funds raised to the ‘Poland Fights Floods’ campaign and all donations were doubled by VSoft. We wholeheartedly thank all members of the VSoftTeam who decided to support this important cause!

archITekt in healthcare

As part of an aid initiative, VSoft was involved in supporting a medical facility in Kenya by implementing the low-code VSoft archITekt platform. This has helped to optimize the process of diagnosing patients and has enabled the medical staff there to improve their workflows — from registering to issuing prescriptions. The entire process was implemented within a few days, and the results of this collaboration demonstrate how technology can support activities associated with caring for others.

We have joined the ROZ project

To help the children from the ‘Little Prince’ children’s home in Krakow, VSoftTeam organized a Christmas fundraiser and VSoft actually doubled the amount raised (as has already become our tradition)! The donated funds were used to meet the essential health-related needs of 9 children from the children’s home – medical consultations, rehabilitation and medical examinations. We are glad we could help. After all, helping others is in our DNA!

Support for Foster Family Homes

The optimistic culmination of 2023 was a fundraiser for purchasing St. Nicholas gifts for 7 children from the Children of Sodusiowa foster family home, who received a parcel with numerous gifts on 6 December. It was the VSoftTeam that was behind this wonderful commotion, and that’s not all! VSoft also made a donation for rehabilitation and medical purposes for the CHILDREN OF SODUSIOWA. On behalf of all the donees, we extend our heartfelt gratitude!

VSoft for Senior Citizens

At VSoft, we believe that technology can change the world – but human solidarity and empathy are equally important. Therefore, we were delighted to provide support for the care and treatment centre in Maków Podhalański by donating funds for the renovation of the rehabilitation area for the elderly and chronically ill. We are pleased that our support will have a real impact on improving the treatment conditions and daily functioning of the residents of the centre.

VSoft supports Ukraine

Together, we organised a fundraiser for Ukraine. And the total amount donated by our employees was doubled by VSoft! We donated the collected funds to the Polish Medical Mission, which has been providing aid to the victims of wars, disasters and natural disasters for 20 years, supplying medicines and medical equipment. Many thanks to everyone involved!

“Noble Gift” social programme & VSoftTeam

The VSoftTeam has successfully participated in the “Noble Gift” social programme for the second time. How did we do? Thanks to the commitment and dedication of more than 100 people, we provided support for 4 families in 2020 and 2021 after having successfully raised funds for the purchase of things like food, clothing, household appliances, a rehabilitation bed and cleaning products. We sincerely wish to thank everyone who joined that fund-raising event!

We Run, We Help

We have been passionately involved in this since 2016 and we do not intend to stop! We welcome new runners to our VSoft Running Team every year. In this way, we run ever more kilometres and every kilometre means funds donated to help those in need! Every year, you can meet our Team at the starting lines (as well as at the finishing lines) of runs like: The Run of Great Hearts, Charity Company Run, Poland Business Run Foundation and many more! As always, we wish all our competitors success in running fast and “hope the kilometres be short”

Celebrating VSoft’s 30th anniversary, we combine movement with care for the planet. Our shared goal is to plant 3,000 trees! Every walk, run, or bike ride by VSoftTeam members matters and brings us closer to a healthier planet.
