Recruitment process carried out remotely
Your role:
- Generating leads, arranging further steps and transferring the lead to the sale,
- Customer acquisition via telephone contact (based on previously prepared and completed conversation scenarios), social media, and e-mail.
- Verification of the client and examination of his needs,
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities,
You will fit well in the team if:
- You can make contact with a potential customer, convince him to talk about the product and transfer the contact to the sales,
- You know English at the B2/C1 level,
- You have experience in product prospecting, customer needs verification,
- You have very good communication skills that will help you gain the customer’s trust and interest over the phone,
- You are persistent, organized, creative and highly motivated.
